Andrae Mitchell
Co-Founder/Jamaician Liaison Andrae lives in Ohio with his lovely wife and 4 wonderful bonus children. Born in Jamaica, he grew up in a small town called Duncans located in Trelawny Parish. As a youth he spent his time playing traditional childhood games like soccer, cricket, and sight in the middle; he also had a passion for reading and poetry. He knew at a young age that he wanted to help those who struggled to provide as his family did. After graduating high school he worked in resorts along the north coast where he met his wife in 2009. Together they worked to continue the service project, later turning it into JamReads. Andrae handled the Jamaica side of things until moving to the U.S. in 2012.
